Return Process

  Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping label as evidence to support your claim.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate the replacement process.

  Receive Resolution

  Once validated, we will process a replacement or store credit within 3-5 business days at no additional cost to you.
